Location
Lakeland Retail Park is situated on the Southern side of the Delvin Road, adjacent to the interchange on the N4 Dublin to Sligo Road and approximately 2km outside Mullingar Town Centre. The retail park benefits from access directly off Junction 16 of the N4. The surrounding area is predominantly residential in nature. Mullingar is situated approx. 80km north west of Dublin and 150km north east of Galway. It has a population of approx. 20,103 (census 2011) with Lakepoint the only retail warehouse park in the town.
